He has delivered IT strategies for the Motor Neurone Disease Association in Northampton and an Education Trust in Norwich and has worked with a Facilities Management company, helping to deliver a business optimisation programme and also with an importer and distributor of cut flowers and citrus fruits, to help them design and move to a new purpose built pack house and distribution facility. ![]() He is IT Director at Cornelius Group in Bishops Stortford, a European manufacturer and distributor of speciality chemicals, additives and ingredients and as CIO at Armitage Pet Care in Nottingham, defining and delivering IT strategies to help them both transform and modernise the technology used to ensure the clients gain real business value to support their growth. Iain joined the East Midlands team and works as IT Director with AllTruck in Leicester, specialists in contract hire and truck rental, where his IT transformation programme won their Business Partner of the Year Award in 2016. His success is complemented by his approachable, inclusive and honest leadership style. As a result, has won awards for his ERP implementations and approach to change management within organisations. ![]() Gareth has created and implemented several IT strategies to underpin growth, whilst being a disruptor within the industry. His analytical approach and technical abilities have seen him deliver pioneering Tier 1 systems in more traditional businesses enabling them to have a competitive edge. He has proven experience in building and scaling lean, but significant technology teams within all disciplines of IT. Throughout his career, he has been heavily involved in mergers and acquisitions in highly acquisitive businesses. Gareth has experience in both family owned and private equity businesses. Holding a number of IT Director positions in B2B and B2C businesses with manufacturing and complex supply chains. Gareth joined the North West region at Freeman Clarke in 2021 bringing with him over 12 years IT leadership experience delivering large scale systems, e-commerce and infrastructure projects. As well as remaining on top of the latest software development practices, infrastructure approaches and trends within the industry, Alex is specialist in application of information security and data protection, and new/emerging technologies – especially distributed ledger, automation and extended reality.
